4 automations that scale your Black Friday revenue on autopilot

Black Friday doesn't mean sending 10 emails a day to your entire list. The creators who drive the most revenue use automations that send the right message to the right person and stop the moment they buy. Here are the four automations that do the heavy lifting while you sleep.

Close the loop between surveys and action

Our new Typeform app brings your surveys directly into Kit’s email editor and triggers automations the moment someone responds. Survey a subscriber about their experience level, and they immediately get relevant content. No more manual work between collecting feedback and acting on it.

Use a Link Trigger to start an action when a subscriber clicks a link

A Link Trigger is a link that's also set up to automatically trigger a particular action, like adding Tags, subscribing them to Sequences, and much more, as soon as a subscriber clicks on it.

How you can use Link Triggers

  • Automatically enroll people in a Sequence: Add subscribers to a Sequence (like a free email course) when they click on a link to indicate interest
  • Kick off an abandoned cart Visual Automation: Set up a Link Trigger to tag a subscriber when they click on a product link. Then use this tag as an event to kick off an abandoned cart Visual Automation encouraging them to buy if they don't purchase that same day.
  • Set a custom field: If a subscriber clicks on an article about a certain topic, you can set a custom field to track their interest. Then use this custom field to personalize future emails to improve your clickthrough rate.
