Add custom fields to your Forms and Landing Pages

Custom fields let you collect all the info you need from your customers—and build a personalized relationship from there. Our Form and Landing Page builders make it easy to create, name, and arrange custom fields exactly how you want them.

Here are a few ways to use custom fields:

  • Gather names to personalize your messages. Create a custom field to collect last names. This info can be especially helpful if you provide professional services and would like to address your subscribers in a formal way.
  • Personalize your welcome series. If you’re a dog trainer, ask if they just got a new puppy, or if they’re trying to teach an old dog new tricks. Depending on the answer, you can trigger a welcome series based on your subscriber’s personal, timely experience.
  • Ask questions in order to trigger Automations. For example, include a checkbox asking, “Are you interested in a demo from our team?" If the customer checks Yes, you can set it up to tag that subscriber in order to trigger an Automation that invites them to schedule a call with your sales team. Boom! New lead, generated.
