James Clear is coming to Craft + Commerce
He wrote the book on habits. Literally. Atomic Habits has sold over 25 million copies, sat on the NYT bestseller list for four years, and his weekly newsletter reaches 3 million subscribers.
What James rarely talks about publicly is how he built the creator business behind the brand. The systems, the decisions, the compounding moves that turned a writing habit into one of the most-followed creator businesses in the world.
This June, he's sharing all of it at Craft + Commerce 2026—our annual creator conference in Boise, Idaho, June 10-13.

Video: How to use content snippets to save time on every email you send
Build it once, use it everywhere. Content Snippets let you drop the same block into as many Broadcasts or Sequences as you want, then update it in one place when anything changes.
In this tutorial we cover both types of snippets, how to add them to any email, and how to keep your library organized as it grows.

Run a Poll in your welcome email
Let’s send your subscribers the kind of content that they want from you. Add a poll in your welcome email, and then use that data to send your subscribers an onboarding Sequence based on exactly where they’re at.
Here’s how it works:
-
Step one: Prompt new subscribers with a poll. Ask your subscribers a question about what they’re most interested in hearing from you. Give them a few answers to choose from.
-
Step two: The poll tags subscribers based on their answers. This happens automatically, without you lifting a finger.
- Step three: Your subscribers get the content they want to see. Use the subscriber tag in your Visual Automation to create a split path. This will send your new subscribers down a welcome Sequence that offers them exactly what they’re looking for, based on the real answer they gave you.
