Add custom fields to your Forms and Landing Pages

Custom fields let you collect all the info you need from your customers—and build a personalized relationship from there. Our Form and Landing Page builders make it easy to create, name, and arrange custom fields exactly how you want them. Read more about adding custom fields.

Here are a few ways to use custom fields:

  • Gather names to personalize your messages. Create a custom field to collect last names. This info can be especially helpful if you provide professional services and would like to address your subscribers in a formal way.
  • Personalize your welcome series. If you’re a dog trainer, ask if they just got a new puppy, or if they’re trying to teach an old dog new tricks. Depending on the answer, you can trigger a welcome series based on your subscriber’s personal, timely experience.
  • Ask questions in order to trigger Automations. For example, include a checkbox asking, “Are you interested in a demo from our team?" If the customer checks Yes, you can set it up to tag that subscriber in order to trigger an Automation that invites them to schedule a call with your sales team. Boom! New lead, generated.
